Tieguanyin "iron goddess of Mercy" refers to the Buddhist goddess that embodies compassion.
There are two sources of Tieguanyin tea, one is Anxi, Fujian, China, the other is Taiwan. The oxidation degree of Tieguanyin tea in Anxi, Fujian is relatively low, and the flavor is milder.
Taiwanese Tieguanyin Tea has a bolder aroma and a stronger roasted-nutty character.

Tips:
The best water to brew is spring water or PH level of 6.8-7.0
water temperature 85°C. Add 3 grams of tea leaves to 150ml water. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 40 Secs. Like other oolongs, the leaves can be steeped multiple times.
